How much does shipping cost?

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our studio located in Ontario, Canada

Which shipping service company do you use?

We use Canada Post to ship packages. 

Can I pick my order up locally?

Unfortunately we currently do not offer local pick up.

Can I make changes to my order or change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order or shipping information. 

We do our best to accommodate changes when we can, however; we may not be able to make changes once the order has left our facility. Thank you for your understanding.

What is your processing time?

Our processing time for getting your order packed is 1-2 business days. Please note that during our busy/holiday season this may be longer. If order packing times are delayed a notification will be on our banner on top of our website.

When will I get my order?

All delivery times have been provided by Canada Post, are estimates only, are in business days excluding weekends & holidays and are calculated from the date your order has been processed and received by Canada Post.

Unfortunately, in some circumstances, delivery times may be exceeded. Once your order is received by Canada Post we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances that are out of our control. 

Do you offer untracked shipping?

No. We only ship trackable packages to ensure you receive your order. 

Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or your unavailability to receive the package, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. The refund will cover the product value and applicable taxes, minus any Return to Sender fees imposed by the shipping carrier.Â
