How do I contact you in regards to my order?
All order inquires can be sent using our contact us page or our email: hello@skyannjoy.com
For security reasons we will not use any form of social media messaging to discuss any matters regarding orders.
Order Cancellation Request
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. We do our best to accommodate changes when we can, however; we are not able to process a cancellation request once the order has left our facility. Thank you for your understanding.
Can orders be combined?
Unfortunately we are unable to combine orders.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered in the “discount code” box on the checkout page and then applied by clicking on the “apply” button. Terms and conditions of discount codes vary; therefore some codes may only be valid on certain items and/or have an expiry date.
An item I wanted to order is sold out. When will it be back in stock?
We are small business and primarily handmade (except for plastic hair claws & combs) so we appreciate your interest in our products.
Our scrunchies are handmade & our badge & pass holders are beaded by hand, therefore we do our best to restock as soon as we are able to. Limited edition scrunchies and deadstock fabric may not be able to be restocked.
Thank you for your patience and understanding when this happens. We know how disappointing it can be. Please do reach out to us as we try our best to make accommodations when we can.
Do you take request for custom orders?
No. We do not take requests for custom orders.
